How we build our catalogue

We add a product only when its specifications are confirmed: dimensions, species, construction, finish and packaging. Where a detail is not confirmed, we leave it off the page rather than guessing.

We do not publish a price we cannot honour. If pricing for a product is not confirmed, that product routes you to a quote request so you get a real number instead of an invented one.

What we do not claim

We do not describe ourselves as an authorized dealer or distributor for any manufacturer unless that relationship is confirmed and current. We do not claim stock levels, delivery times, or warranty terms that we have not verified. We do not claim to be the lowest price.
